What are Benchmark Trainings?

Benchmark training helps you determine your training program. The training result is based on the scores of numbers of push up, squat and sit up which are done on a limited time. These levels are specified as beginner, intermediate and advanced based on international norms

Beginner and Intermediate levels consist of three programs and each program is made up of 16 trainings that take a month to complete. Advanced level consists of multiple programs that continue to be provided with new and fresh trainings all the time. Advanced level trainings require a kettlebell or a dumbbell.

What kind of trainings are there for beginner level?

This level consists of three programs. With 16 trainings in each program, there are 48 different trainings. Programs are designed to be completed in one month, doing 4 trainings a week. Complete these 3 levels, hit Intermediate level and push your limits.

What are training plans?

Constantly refreshed programs which suit every level, aims for high efficiency and fast improvement. More than 150 trainings, prepared by expert trainers in the field and more than 700 moves with HD videos will guide you in every step on your fitness journey.

What are warmup and cooldown?

You should always start the training with warmup in order for the muscles and joints to endure the maximum resistance while exercising wide moves. The cooldown is utterly important when it comes to transition the body smoothly into resting state; this way regenerating muscle tissue avoids cramps and possible injuries and also provides fast recovery for the next training.

For this purpose, 34 Method provides warmup and cooldown parts in each trainings and makes you get your max efficiency from trainings and also ready for your next training.
